How the tools work

Every conversion on this site is a pure JavaScript function that runs on your device. When you paste text into a tool, the text is held in your browser's memory, transformed, and displayed. It is never sent over the network, never written to a server, and never logged.

You can verify this yourself: open your browser's developer tools, switch to the Network tab, and type into any converter. No requests are made. You can also disconnect from the internet and the tools will keep working, because the page is fully static once loaded.

Why another text converter

Most existing tools give you a button and a blank page. Ours give you the button and then answer the question you actually had: which style guide does this follow, why is "of" lowercase in a title, should a URL slug use hyphens or underscores, does reversing text break emoji. The reference material on each page is the point, not filler.

Corrections and requests

If a tool produces the wrong result, or a style-guide claim on this site is inaccurate, please tell us — accuracy matters more than being first.

Advertising

This site is supported by advertising. Ads are clearly marked, never placed between a heading and the tool it describes, and given reserved space in the layout so they cannot shift content while you are reading. We do not accept paid placements in the editorial text.
